He debuted to the Canadiens at a young age of 18. Eventually, Momesso dedicated most of his time for the Cataractes, and appeared one match for the Canadiens. Before he stopped his stint together with the team, he was identified as the QMJHL Player of the Year through the 1984-1985 season. He received his first Stanley Cup ring using the Canadiens in 1986. Momesso’s stint with all the Blues finished when he transferred to Vancouver Canucks in 1991. His operation during his stay makes him unsuccessful for the team. Life after retirement continues when he became the assistant trainer for Shawinigan and Concordia University. Sergio Francesco Momesso was produced on September 4, 1965 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
