Spanish billionaire Sandra Ortega Mera has an estimated net worth of $6.4 billion as of May 2015 according to Forbes. She is the daughter of the whole world’s fourth richest individual and founder of the clothing giant Inditex, Amancio Ortega. In 2013, her mother, Rosalia Mera, perished and Sandra inherited her fortune and got 89% of Rosp Corunna, the holding company where Mera used to invest her riches. Sandra is now Spain’s second richest man next to her daddy. Although she holds a stake in Inditex, she is not involved in firm management. She spends her time in Fundacin Paideia, the non-profit organization started by her mother that supports vocational training for people with mental as well as physical disabilities. Additionally, it urge their move into the mainstream jobs. Ortega Mera graduated from the Universidad de Santiago and earned a degree in psychology.
