Darwin Deason Net Worth $1 Billion
After graduating from high school, Deason transferred toTulsa, Oklahoma where he acquired a job atGulf Oil. Eventually, he joinedMTech, a data processing company in Dallas which he took over later on. At age 29, he became the CEO of the firm and by 1988, he sold the business.
Initially, ACS was set up to supply data services to the financing industry, but through Deason’s leadership, the company experienced major expansions. It started offering services to other sectors and businesses like education, government, financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, traveling, transportation, insurance and communication.
When Affiliated Computer Service went public, the CEO of the company sold the business to Xerox in 2010 for $6.4 billion. ACS is now managing in around 100 countries and is generating an annual revenue of $6 billion. As of September 2009, the organization already hired 74,000 employees. Now based in Dallas Texas, Deason is wed to his fifth wife Katerina. Deason has three kids.
