She won the Florida State Junior Girls Championship from 1993 to 1995. She amassed at least 17 LPGA wins which comprise U.S. Women’s Open in 2007, and LPGA Championship in 2010. She became an associate of U.S. Curtis Cup team in 1996 and eighth-time U.S. Solheim Cup team member. Her life as a golfer doesn’t finish there, Kerr founded a non-profit organization Birdies for Breast Cancer in 2003. Cristie won the 2006 LPGA Komen Award.
