Clint Hurdle is a former American professional baseball player and manager with the estimated net worth of $500,000. Clint Hurdle began playing baseball at Merritt Island High School in 1973. Irrespective of baseball, he was lettered to soccer and basketball. In1975, he was chosen by the Kansas City Royals as the very first round, 9th overall pick during the amateur draft. He played for the Royals from 1977 to 1981, but appeared consistently in 1978 and 1980. Hurdle was traded to Cincinnati Reds and spend one season with the team. He went on waivers to join other teams including New York Mets and St. Louis Cardinals. Hurdle announced his retirement in 1987.
